Refund policy

At Curated Cart SG, we understand how important it is to choose the perfect toy for each child and we aim to make your shopping experience as easy and happy as possible. Rest assured that we conduct a strict quality check and inspection on all our products for any visible defects or damage during our pre-shipping and packaging operations. All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package for damaged, missing or incorrect items and contact us within 3 days to report any issues. Please provide your order number, photo, video and details of the damage. Damaged items reported within 3 days or more after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement. 

Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Although we carefully check each item before shipping, it is possible that we may have missed something and if that is the case we sincerely apologize for that. For our return policy please see below:

  • Returns can be made within 3 days upon receipt of your order from the courier. 

  • We will assess any defects or damage on a case-by-case basis and if the items show signs of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide an exchange. We only provide returns for items that display manufacturing defects. 

  • All 1-to-1 exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the item is unavailable, we will offer you store credits to be used on your next purchase. 

  • If an exchange is granted, all delivery and shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer. Registered mail is recommended. 

  • We reserve the right to reject any item(s) that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.

Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or refund.
